You have 30 days from delivery to contact us with a return request.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

 

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at info@tenzra.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your request and send instructions for shipping the item back.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
